At least year’s holiday party, we spent most of the evening chatting about our customers. WHY, you ask? (So did our guests.) We’re not entirely sure, but maybe it has something to do with the fact that we’ve had many of the same customers for years and know most of them by name.
Maybe it’s because we’re always talking about our customers – how to resolve their speedbumps, improve their technology, protect them from fraud or process more efficiently.
Maybe it’s because we’re a family owned business with staff averaging 5 to 10 years of experience servicing customers together.
Maybe it’s because after 10+ years, we know more about payment processing than the weather, football, politics, our kids or any of the things people normally talk about.
Maybe we are so accustomed to thinking about our customers’ business success that we couldn’t help but wonder how they finished out the year.
Most likely, it’s all of the above. But we collectively recognized that we each need some hobbies.
So why are we telling you embarrassing stories about our holiday party? Because a company like ours with a dedicated, cohesive team operating with a sense of passion for the payments business and our customers might just make the difference your company needs to succeed.
