Convert checks into electronic transactions through back office check conversion.
Whether receiving a check in person or by mail, you can convert it electronically to an ACH transaction for simplicity and with ease. Information on the check and the amount are captured electronically and sent to the customer’s financial institution where the funds are debited and then deposited into your account. This is all done through the ACH payment system.
Scan checks to save a record of payment, allowing paper versions to be destroyed. This then ensures that the original cannot be used for any other purpose. Saved electronic images can then be accessed as required.
