Mr.Sabella is the founder and CEO of First ACH. He is also the founder of Next Day Funding, the First Savings Bank Merchant Division - prior to its acquisition by Nova, and Cardinal Merchant Services - prior to its acquisition by Lynk Systems, now RBS Lynk.  A long-time veteran of the payment services industry, he has seen the transformation of transaction processing from paper to electronic, dial-up to wireless, and retail to virtual internet storefronts.  Mr. Sabella is First ACH’s strategic and innovative leader in new product development and corporate initiatives. He is also the CEO of Comstar Interactive, a provider of wireless communications, gateway, and customized payment applications to the bankcard industry.

Mr.Dentice, a veteran of the United States Navy, is a proven expert and master in the installation and debugging of merchant terminal and software applications.  His skills and leadership were instrumental in the development and deployment of the Charge Anywhere wireless product.

Mr. Dentice oversees general operations and leads the First ACH Service Delivery team, whose daily mission is to continue to meet the challenge of keeping our customers happy and our First ACH payment systems functioning optimally and operating consistently - 24/7.

Mr.Harrell, a veteran of the bankcard industry, came from Cardinal Merchant Services in 1996.  He leads our efforts in compliance and risk, managing new account underwriting, portfolio risk monitoring, and maintaining compliance with Visa and MasterCard Association standards. 

Jason Kula - Chief Financial Officer

Since 2003, Mr. Kula has been leading our day-to-day efforts in Accounting, Human Resources, and interfacing with our sales team and functions.  Mr. Kula has led the development of financial controls for First ACH and our Automated Clearing House payment product roll out in 2005.

Tony Cammarata  - Executive Vice President of Sales

Mr.Cammarata brings a great breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in every phase of the payment processing business. From his beginnings during the roll out of Electronic Benefits Transfer technology a decade ago, through the rise of the Internet today, he has proven to be a top performer as a merchant, a web site developer, an e-commerce retailer, and an industry executive.

Mr. Koistinen, a veteran of the payments industry joined First ACH after a ten-year post specializing in Quality Management and Human Performance Improvement with Chase Paymentech Solutions. As the Product & Marketing Manager for the First ACH product and related services, Mr. Koistinen leads the productivity, marketing & branding, quality assurance, and the overall integrity of the First ACH product and related systems.

Mr. Rubin’s technology and software development background is enhanced by his prior role developing software for the payment processing industry. His current mission is to manage the development and maintenance of First ACH’s product suite, including our gateway and databases. His role in such ensures that First ACH aggressively remains ahead of the curve, maintaining its technological lead in the ACH marketplace.
